Wonderful place! Such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is so kind and caring to my mom. They really do get the residents engaged in fun activities. The food smells great and gives it a feeling of being at home. Worked with Kathy to get mom a place there and she is phenomenal. We recently moved Mom into The Residence at Oshkosh and she absolutely loves it! Our main contact was Kathy Steffen and she is a wonderful and very caring person. Kathy was outstanding and showed great patience with mom in guiding her through the entire process. Kathy, and all the other employees, truly care about the residents. A safe spot for Mom. Enough staff to care for her needs. A friendly environment that is welcoming and makes her feel part of the family. She gets much more than that. DNR for nothing. I’ve spent 14 years working for many places and this is simply the first time I’ve ever been on the DNR list. I did what was expected and nothing was wrong. Not sure why but I honestly just don’t care. I came to do a review because these facilities are becoming so inappreciative. I WILL NOT over work myself and be order around like the help because I’m agency. Most facilities will over work you if u let them.
