I think it is clean and welcoming! Staff is friendly and are caring to the residents. It has a homey feel.
Not sure why they kept calling 911 for my aunt. She had a DNR and wanted to pass while there. However they kept calling 911 to have her transported out. There was nothing EMS or the ER could do for her. Her wishes were to go there. Very disappointing. Claiming the doctor ordered her out is a attempt to pass blame, of course over the phone they are going to say call 911, the doctor does not want sued. The staff needs better training on DNR and peoples desire to pass where they live.
