Terra Bella- Spartanburg from the outside looks amazing! Operationally, I would pass on placing my loved one in this facility. Why? From our family's perspective, Sherry, the administrator, is initially warm and professional, enthusiastic about answering all sorts of questions during the admission phase. However, signing the lease, she had items marked and lied on certain portions of the agreement; please read for yourself. Cannot imagine a better place for someone when extra care is necessary that the family just cant manage on their own. The entire staff are very sweet. The place is small and clean. Lots of activies to keep the residents busy. Next best thing to home.

I can’t say enough good things about TerraBella Spartanburg!!! The way they care for my mother is something you won’t find at any other community. The staff knows everyone by name and you can tell that they care deeply for the people who live there. When I visit, it doesn’t feel like I’m stepping into some heartless facility, it feels like I’m stepping into a home. Thank you TerraBella for all you do to make my mother happy and comfortable!!
I enjoyed a tour of this assisted living quite some time ago. It was just such a perfect size. Not too big or small. Clean and bright. Residents were on front porch rockers enjoying sunshine. When I came in the lobby, there were other residents visiting in the large living room. Staff was helpful to me and everyone seemed happy and I couldn’t help but smile.
