Have lived here independently for twelve years and can't recommend it highly enough to anyone looking for a great CCRC. The residents are friendly and interesting and the staff is helpful and creative. During this pandemic the staff has gone way beyond the call of duty to come up with fun socially distant activities. We are so well cared for with more activities than we can possibly join! The Health Center and Rehab is a great asset. My husband spent time there after two surgeries and the care was wonderful. Having been a team member for over 30 years I have seen a lot of changes but one thing that hasn't changed is how The Waterford takes care of the residents that call this place home especially now with the Covid19 pandemic. Coming from hotels, I wasn't sure what to expect with a CCRC. I have been blown away by The Waterford! The residences are gorgeous and spacious. The residents are all buzzing about the campus on their way to have a nice meal, volunteer or join an activity. The team members are fabulous! Both residents and team members are delighted to see each other each day and truly take pride in caring for one another. It's a great place!

The Waterford provided me with the best possible experience. They went above and beyond their call of duty to make me comfortable and well cared for. The RN staff was very efficient and knowledgeable and addressed my concerns asap. With the exception of 2 who worked nites, they were the best. Those 2 were less than efficient, seemed to resent having to come to my room and made me feel I was a bother.
