The worst customer service. I have never struggled so much to make an appointment. I called a week in advance for a couples massage and I called to confirm my appointment time. They misunderstood and asked me if I wanted to book an appointment. I tried explaining that I was only confirming, but proceeded to tell me that my booked time was no longer available?????
