Employees of this business are extremely rude and inconsiderate
One of the drivers of this company who was driving a company car just cut me off and stole my parking spot at Northpark mall in an aggressive and dangerous manner. I was waiting for the spot for 5 minutes with my blinker on. He was extremely rude, dismissive, and is honestly what’s wrong with humanity today. It blows my mind that this man was behaving this way while driving a company car of the business he is representing.
Rooty came out and did an amazing job on my car. He had great communication with me . He let me know when and what time he would arrive. He was very nice and friendly. He was fast and phenomenal. Thank you again Rooty!
My daughter just got a brand new car, and unfortunately, got carsick while she was driving home yesterday. She & her baby were both terribly ill this week & she did not have the strength to clean up this disaster. I booked the full interior detail service last night for her. Waterboys absolutely rescued her beautiful car first thing this morning and returned it to its original condition.
