I wish I could give them a Zero Star Rating! I have had the worst experience with this company. They delivered 4 small jugs of water in 4 months and had the audacity to send me a $90 dollar invoice. I was supposed to get a new large jug every 2 weeks. When I questioned the delivery person as to why I hadn't seen him since 2017, he was completely rude and unprofessional. I will never do business with this company, and I will be telling everybody I meet so they don't experience what I did.
We switched to the Water Store over a year ago because we were so unhappy with our previous water supplier. The people answering the phones are friendly and helpful, the driver's show up on schedule and deliver the right product, and the billing is always accurate. We are very pleased with the customer service.
I called The Water Store Inc. and found the people and the service was exellent. When I called they were very friendly and answered all my questions. When I had ordered a Water Cooler and Bottled water they were there that day. I was very impressed
