The Water Shop is awesome! Everyone there is friendly and helpul. They are excellent at attention to detail, communication, prompt response time and great pricing. I have always had great service with my reverse osmosis and water softening systems. When I have had issues with my water they have scheduled me in right away, quickly getting things resolved with their service and equipment. I cannot recommend them enough!
A shout out to The Water Shop for great customer service. I was unaware of what needed to be done to my water system to keep my water from smelling like rotten eggs. Torey walked me through my options throughly and detailed, answering all questions. Very knowledgeable, very personable!! Great job!! Thank you for your fantastic service to the community!!
Torey and his team went above and beyond with their service this past week! We had a water softener put in and there were some issues with the water heater. They handled it quickly, professionally, and made sure to communicate throughout the entire process. Highly recommend them!!
I'd have to say I am disappointed. I contact them online. Get a very quick initial response from Brad. I reply to his email with additional information and then nothing... After a week my wife calls them and speaks to one of their staff. The staff person says she will call back shortly to set an appointment. Just dead air since. We will be contacting someone else.

Water Shop hooks it up... literally. They are prompt, courteous, and professional in everything they do. We have done business with 2 other local water conditioning companies before trying these guys. No guess work with these guys - they get it done and are awesome in the process.
