Good location. The other reviews had me questioning my own experience—it must be hit or miss. I really wanted this to be a good find since it's a locally owned shop. The parts kid was trying hard. However, Dave (I assume the owner) was quite rude. This was by far the worst customer service experience I've had anywhere, let alone at a locally owned spot, in many years. My experience at Frontier Outdoor Power was not very pleasant. I called Dave in the morning to tell him we would like to purchase a Gravely mower and what price we chose. Dave said it’s been a crazy morning and that they were short handed and to give him an hour to get it ready. We showed up 15 minutes early and he was NOT happy. Good stuff
Forget the big box stores in Cheyenne. This is the place to go! Top Notch Customer Service and Experience. Had the parts I needed, "in stock", and for less than the big name chain stores. Mower blades, air filters, oil filters etc. You'll by glad you gave them a visit.
