Extremely happy with my water softener and reverse osmosis hookup, assumed process was going to be painful but was extremely fluid and harmless. Was thrilled to work with a family-owned business that maintained the highest level of professionalism and appear to be available should I have any questions or concerns.
Excellent Water – About 5 years ago I moved to Elk Grove and found the water very hard. I got three bids an a water softerner system and went with this company because of good value and an excellent system. At the same time, I purchased a water purification system for drinking water (reverse osmosis). The water tastes amazing. The owners are very service oriented and really take care of us!
Reliable & Honest Company I replaced my existing water softener with a new one from the Water Hook-Up. My water feels so much better and the equipment does not constantly have problems. My older unit was only 5 years old and I purchased from another company in Sacramento and I was never happy with the system or the company. They never return my calls and fixed the problems we had.
