Water heater installation went well but the technicians didn’t respect the space. There is a damage to my bathroom fan which sits under the water heater floor. And there was marks of dirty hands all over my walls and furniture.

The installation was completed quickly and professionally. I bought a Noritz tankless water heater having a 25 year warranty on the heat exchanger. It qualified for the full $1500 rebate which was applied instantly during checkout. The installation was completed in less than 4 hours. I asked about annual maintenance and the lead installer showed me how to perform the annual flushing to remove scale. Very happy with the overall experience from purchase to installation.
Other than being a little late for the appointment the water heater warehouse crew was fast and clean very happy with the results.
