We have a brand new car and after using this car wash, I have scratches on my front bumper on both sides. I contacted them to get it repaired and they refuse. They say it didn’t happen there. I know for a fact it did. Amazing that since I used the right side bay and have let them know I had problems, that bay has been closed. Hmm makes you wonder. I even found other scratches on the sides of my car that are smaller, only place it could have happened I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
