RecommendedVery fast and efficient staff
This specific location left my car dirty, they put armor all in only two tires, they didn't vacuum inside correctly, my husband had to finish the top of the car and they guy excuse was he is not that tall, and we just have a compact SUV.
First and last time at this location, I am a club member and requested the manager special package. The guys "detailing" were too busy joking around with each other to do any of the work. My interior was only half done, passenger side doors, windows and carpet were untouched. Wheels and tires, not wiped down and not dressed. Third row area completely left untouched. No management was overseeing the crew like at other locations

We received a house warming gift card for the wash tub, and when I went in today the manager Lorenzo went above and beyond to take care of us.
Great job by the team, Lorenzo the manager is top notch.
Horribly overpriced considering how bad of a job they do. I've never left any of their locations with a good customer service experience. San Antonio can do better than this. Way too overpriced for what you end up getting.
