I liked the service. It took about 2 hours. About $140 with tip. Considering how nasty it was not too bad. Pretty good job except I noticed a couple of things. As I am driving away I see that the windshield is cleaned.....on the left side along with the windows, but they apparently skipped the right side!!! Whoops! Christian and Matthew did our wash and leather clean special and took their time and did it RIGHT. With 4 kids, our car was trashed and they committed to the best quality and we are thrilled. I was so impressed with my husband's car I dropped mine off since they were still there. Keep them happy as employees because their work ethic is IMPRESSIVE.
I am a club member and get my car washed at no cost (pre paid). Didn’t receive the car air fresheners. When asked the person wiping down the car said they were under the seat. She did not check and they were not there. When I raised the trunk, water dripped down, which tell me they did not swipe dry. I am being generous by giving a three. Maybe I will try the one on DeZavala.
Not a bad value for the job they did. I think the "membership" is a bit too much and not as great a deal as they make it seem, tho.
It's all about the people they hire. Some are awesome and I wish those people would always clean my truck when it comes out. Then you have those that all hell I have to look it over when they work on it. They don't change rags out. It's just a pay check and tips to them. It's not a detailed job when it's just washed. That I understand so I completely satisfied with their work.
Disappointed in the quality of service for people that had to evacuate the Hurricane Harvey area. Our car washes are destroyed down there and I thought I'd get my truck clean while staying up here with my mom...She's got electricity and my home in Portland had been without power since the Hurricane hit. I was told that I'd have an extra charge up to 100 for the mud on my vehicle. Not very happy with them, right now. In fact, I should take a picture of my back window! The writing is still on there. They totally forgot to clean that off. I have the monthly plan, but feel so pressured by them everytime I go. They are so pushy for me to buy more! Then when I don't it seems that they drop all customer service and my car is put on the bottem of the "list". Really thinking of dropping membership
Rain guarantee- not really. Very unsatisfied, we washed our car on Sunday. It rained Monday thru Thursday. Our fisrt available day was today (saturday) to take up on their rain offer. But we were told it was a beautiful day yesterday, they won't honor the rain day. Bad customer service.
