The employees were all nice and friendly but the employees cleaning the cars do a terrible job! They did offer to fix it and they did try but it was still a mess after this. I was tempted to ask if I could just use the vacuum myself. They employee was putting no effort into what was being done.

Spent $200 on a detail job. Wax was left all over the car, the top of the car wasn’t cleaned, barely vacuumed, wheels are still filthy from road grime. Huge waste of money �
They didn’t clean the inside hardly at all. Then they left the car doors all open sitting in the lot for 25 minutes without anyone working on it. I had to go and ask why it was just sitting there.
Well, our truck looks great! I’m sure some wknds get very busy.. but all of my visits have been great!
Very satisfied with the service
My vehicle had gum stuck on the bumper which was obvious so i brought it to their attention. Also, lots of water spots & no air freshener. All was corrected except for the air freshener cause I didn't realize it till I got home. �
Terrible wash job. Better off washing it myself. Spots missed everywhere. And when I questioned it why would I get a guilty feeling? They guy helping me made it seem like I was the critical one when I asked “ did you vacuum?” Also, drops of cleaning on the leather. Not even wiped off. I took a super long break from them and now I see why. NEVER AGAIN.
