West University in Denton, Tx Not good customer service at all. The original person that was supposed to sign me up for a membership never did but charged me for a single car wash. The receptionist at the car wash refused to help me; I had a sticker on my windshield from setting up the membership. He said that all he could do was charge me again for the membership and then get me started. Absolutely great service from this team Chris Jorge and Johnny all made sure I left completely taken care of with a nice clean car will most definitely be back 💯
*AVOID AT ALL COSTS* My credit card information was stolen and an account was created for someone else that has been getting free carwashes since May of 2025. I have had zero luck trying to re coup the monthly charges that they charged my account without my consent or authorization. Their customer service is JOKE, as the only way to reach a person is via a online submittal. Once you do that there is no follow up or acknowledgement.
