Vacuum is frequently broken. This location is really close to my house. The staff is great. Equipment is unreliable
No soap coming out , rotory brushes damaged
Not my favorite car wash but they are literally like 3 mins away. Out of the 3 time I've been there, there has been no towels, or a place for dirty ones, no interior cleaning and the 1st time with what I paid I spent too much time cleaning what didn't get cleaned in car wash. The back of my car and tires and wheels(which i paid for) i had to down grade my membership. Brushes missing on the rotorery brush, little to no soap or rinse coming out. Soap spurting out with no rinse just before drying . I got my membership in Kaufman while traveling which was very clean and a great wash compared to this location. I will definitely considering cancelling my membership since this is my hometown location.
