We're very disappointed with the results of Jimmy's efforts to soft wash our roof. Though he put in the effort, he was unable to remove the dark streaks from several slopes of our roof. Additionally, there were areas where our foundation plantings were killed by the bleach. After encouragement, Jimmy returned and saw the results but did not retreat the roof at that time, feeling he needed to use tarps to protect the plantings and he wasn't prepared for that.
