I had an excellent experience with The wash. The team did a very detailed job, paying attention to every part of the vehicle, inside and out. They were professional, thorough, and made sure the car looked spotless before returning it to me. On top of that, very hospitable, friendly, and welcoming, making the whole experience enjoyable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality hand car wash.

The worst service I've ever received. They don't know how to clean cars and they're incredibly irresponsible. They tell you they'll have it ready in the afternoon, but it takes 2-3 days, and you have to keep calling them and they don't answer.
Highly disappointed in the service that I received for the price that I paid. I reached out because my daughter had an accident in the back seat but I let him know that I wanted a detail inside and out. He did agree to have me come back if the smell remained which I thought was nice however the results were very unsatisfactory. It now appears as if he did not have the proper equipment to extract from the interior which he could have been more transparent and let me know that at the time.
