I've lived here 3-4 years. If they tell you they'll call you back they won't. Dee is the only one who will and the only one will get anything done, which means she's too busy to help most times. Last time we needed to get our lease renewed, we called them 14 times over a 2 month period (and more beyond that). We were asked repeatedly to just be patient.
