This place feels like family from the first contact. Lance Adams cares about the whole person. He and his family/team are amazing at what they do. Even in a class setting, I feel seen as an individual and met where I am in my journey, while learning and training with others. I tried out a program on Saturday. I had a long talk with Lance afterwards. From our conversation he's extremely knowledgeable and has a great workout program. The gym itself has a lot of amenities and plenty of weights.
