I tried out a program on Saturday. I had a long talk with Lance afterwards. From our conversation he's extremely knowledgeable and has a great workout program. The gym itself has a lot of amenities and plenty of weights.
If I could give no stars I would! I thought I was enrolling my two daughters into something good to help them learn how to defend themselves. When I sent the owner a text last Tuesday (10/1) explaining that my girls wouldn't be able to attend anymore due to financial reasons. He replied with "I'm sorry to see them go.
