Earlier this year, we purchased a house with Sam and Warner. We greatly appreciate their efforts. However, about six months after moving in, we discovered a leaking iron stack from the second floor to the basement, which had been missed during the sewer inspection. As new buyers, we were unaware of the cast iron behind the wall or the potential issues it could cause in an older home, and Sam and Warner did not perform their due diligence as realtors to inform us about this potential issue.
