They are polite and the rates are reasonable used them for many years had no issues when the time came to clear it out
I have rented storage units all over Nashville for 20 years. This facility is by far the most responsive to needs of customers. Every time I go there is always evidence of a new improvement addressing any new issue. There are features here that no other company has: cameras, electricity, dumpster, pest control, gated, text alerts, and most of all a conscientious owner and management who seem to be committed to keeping the place safe and reliable.
BEWARE: This place is infested with rats. Owners knows it and was not helpful. If you want to keep your treasures safe from destruction, do not rent here.
