I would not recommend living here. My unit is in a terrible spot in the building, with essentially no sound insulation, so you hear everything. Worse is how management treats tenants. The office and maintenance staff are some of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. When I report a problem with my unit, their first reaction is to doubt me and make snarky remarks instead of admitting the issue and fixing it. I would not recommend living here. The property has gone downhill while the cost of living keeps going up. Management raised the rent and also started charging tenants a flat rate for water, even though the overall condition of the building hasn’t improved. The laundry room is another major disappointment. The washing machines are outdated, frequently have issues, and still cost $2.00 per wash. There is a black pug dog that literally hangs out of a second story window facing the courtyard that barks incessantly, all hours of the day and all night, at anyone who enters or exots the building or walks by. For over a month now. This is a noise violation and unfair to all who live here. I have no issues with pets here, but I do have issues with disturbing our peace and irresponsible pet owners, as this is out of hand

The Warehouse is great! Amazing location, super close to everything downtown. The apartment is spacious and has a lot of natural light from the huge windows. It’s updated, clean, and a very safe place to call home! Would definitely recommend.
