Thoroughly enjoyed living here! I lived on the 3rd floor and was both a great location for food and misc. activities in Tampa. Management was always accommodating and helpful/timely whenever there was a need (which was rarely the case). I would highly recommend this complex or anywhere else under their management. P.S. I recommend the 3rd floor for the high ceilings!
Currently living at this location and I have had multiple instances of AC issues. To the point where I have told the maintenance staff and the property management staff what they need to do after having a full conversation with the AC guy multiple times. This weekend I spent the entire weekend in my apartment in 95° heat because maintenance said that an AC issue is not an emergency and the property management staff never got back to me. I am a current resident of this place. I DO NOT recommend living here. To start, my dryer was broken for almost all of last month. No offer of compensation was offered for the service not provided of not having a dryer for a month, and it took them forever to finally just move a dryer from an empty unit to my unit when they could not fix the original dryer. Worst place I have ever lived! SAFETY IS A HUGE CONCERN! First after just a couple of weeks of living there my car got broken into. When I asked to see the camera footage they told me most of the cameras don’t actually work. Little did I know at the time but break ins and car thefts are a regular occurrence there. A few months after the car break-in my car was stolen! This time luckily it was caught on camera. I would definitely recommend the warehouse a place to stay. Jenna and David were very helpful and patient with me after my dad and brother passed away. They were also willing to work with me and gave me extra time paying rent when my hours at work got cut due to budgeting issues with my job. Anytime I needed something fixed Jenna made sure maintenance came either the same day or the next to fix any issues I had.
