The staff and environment are so friendly and warm. The receptionist is exceptionally professional, yet welcoming and fun. We enjoyed our visit to this facility.

They took excellent care of my mother in law. The staff was attentive to her and took good care of her. They were encouraging and supportive, stayed in contact with our family. Everyone was kind and caring with the exception of one caretaker which I think is almost impossible to find today. I know this is the best nursing home in Amarillo.

Absolutely the most personal and compassionate care they provided for my Dad. A beautiful building and spaces that were top notch to boot with an incredible attentive and extremely helpful caring staff My family is forever Grateful to them all. Could not have been better. Thank You Sincerely.

My grandmother was there for 4 years. Major accidents would happen and they would try and hide them. She had a 3rd degree burn from her coffee. She could not see very well and they would get upset at her for needing help. I watched several residents who needed help get walked passed. Looks of this place are deceiving.

My mother was here for over a year and just passed away. Every issue I had, I was either told it didn’t happen that way or I was just plain wrong. My mother was so unhappy here. Nobody ever said I’m sorry for your loss. It hurt me a lot. It is clean, and doesn’t smell, but only a few of the employees are kind. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
