I wouldn't wish this agency on my worst enemy! We were placed with this agency, without our knowledge or permission, by our insurance company after our previous agency went out of business unexpectedly. We received our "Welcome" letter AFTER receiving our policy renewals. The rates for both policies had skyrocketed. The auto policy had truly doubled in cost. Amazing customer service!! Not only did I need an auto quote and coverage in a couple hours notice, but needed to be below current premium at AAA.
