Called them 2 months ago. They never called back. Since then my private workers comp case diagnosis has changed from strain, to bursitis to labrum tear, cyst, minor hamstring tears and a hernia. I knew it was a torn labrum 5 months ago. I have had multiple "primary care" providers that don't listen and specifically have no idea how to fill out APF forms with a contingent return to work date.
