We had such a wonderful experience here with Wallace Medical. We did wait about 20 minutes after our scheduled time, but honestly, what clinic doesn't have extra waiting time? The staffs were respectful and welcoming. Marquishia Winters, FNP, is the reason for my five stars. I highly recommend her! She was very attentive, thorough, and answered all of the many questions we had. She was patient, respectful, and kind. We are grateful. Thank you!
Im done with this place. I could write 10 paragraphs exactly why, but Im just going to address today. I was denied an albuterol inhaler...an INHALER....they DO understand that when one is needed, its to BREATHE, right? ...yeah, thats kinda why I asked for one. I’ve never been here, but I’ve tried calling 9 different times from 9/17 to 9/18. I even left a voicemail and still no call back. Not to sure what the problem is?
They made me wait a half an hour after the appointment was supposed to start. It's once I got back to the room I waited for a half an hour for someone. The doctor was in there for like 15 minutes and rush me through everything. She was not very good. Then they were supposed to give me a shot but it already been an hour and a half since my appointment started and my ride was already there so I couldn't even get my shot. If I could give it less than one star I would
