Angela Kern is my primary care physician and made my experience there great! Her professionalism and knowledge of my situation shined throughout the duration of my appointment. Her understanding and sense of humor made it even better. Her assistant was very receptive, knowledgeable and friendly. The receptionist was welcoming friendly and helpful. All around a great experience!
The front desk staff was wonderful, but unfortunately, my experience with one of the lab staff members was very unprofessional. I was waiting for assistance when I heard one of the workers start cussing after noticing that I was there, and then they said, “Oops.” Shortly afterward, they began discussing my personal information in front of other clients. The worst dental experience I have ever had. The procedure took almost 2 hours. They started with a trainee who struggled and caused me a lot of discomfort, and eventually two more dentists had to step in to finish the extraction. I needed 3 rounds of anesthesia. The whole experience felt like something out of a horror movie. I left feeling completely exhausted and traumatized by the experience.
THIS IS THE WORST DENTAL TEAM THAT HAD TO HAVE EVER EXISTED, SINCE AT LEAST THEY STOPPED USING PLYERS TO PULL TEETH IN THE STONE AGE ! THE PEOPLE WE'RE SO RUDE THEY LITERALLY LIED TO ME, ABOUT APPOINTMENT POLICIES, THEN LITERALLY HUNG THE PHONE UP ON ME WHEN I CALLED THEM ON IT! I CANT BELIEVE THIS IS AN ACTUAL DENTISTS OFFICE!
