Always amazed by the people and the care here. It’s hard to believe that anybody can see this place in a negative light !!
The medical staff is very attentive and super friendly.
7/2/2025 Today I had surgery to extract my infected tooth at WALLACE, it was a complete success, I was treated by doctors, employees and girls at the reception. One day I had an emergency check-up and my surgery was scheduled the next day. God bless WALLACE and all his staff, so that they continue helping people like me, with so much professionalism and kindness. Manny, Dr Kyle Gleelan and Ronia: THANKS SO MUCH
I am immune compromised and was using the elevator in the building to go to UI office when a Wallace employee asked me to hold the elevator door. I said that I wanted to ride alone and she started speaking argumentative with me. She then followed me off the elevator to the UI office to tell the staff there that I had been rude to her on the elevator. I am now in the waiting room of Wallace and told a security person will come talk with me.
