I Love Wallace they have been my Doctors for 10years ,Any time I need I can call and get advice or make a appointment and they actually care about how I feel
I've called them several times, I've left voicemails with all the required information, and never once have they picked up or answered my phone calls. When checking reviews, it sounds like a complete nightmare for those who actually managed to get through to them. Even their reply, which took a YEAR and is the very first time I've ever even gotten a reaction, downplays the YEARS that I attempted before I gave up and left a review, even leaving voicemail as prompted was never returned, I left SEVERAL. The dentist my granddaughter had was awesome he worked well with her listen to her and I he does work and he does a great job and he does it fast and he is very respectful
I had pretty good experience the first few times I went until yesterday 5/13/2025. I was there to get 2 fillings on my front teeth. I've been through so many dental procedures that I'm not afraid of anything they throw at me. So there I am ready for my numbing shots. The person doing the fillings was apparently the actual dentist instead of a student. Which I am not against as the last filling was done by a student did and excellent job of filling and shaping the tooth. I didn't even feel the shot when he did it. So there I ... read more
