Haley was great! Ask for her if you'd like a nice experience! She was kind and understanding of my situation and looking for as many solutions as she could, all just because I asked for some help as a greenhorn to this sort of process. I never felt judged for my inexperience or situation. While I didn't end up going with anything that was offered to me, Haley was consistent in updates, pleasant to talk to on the phone, and made my terrible search feel a lot less hopeless.
