I saw Dr Luke with my 9 year old daughter this morning for a procedure. Dr Luke was kind, compassionate, understanding and explained things appropriate for her age. He had a well thought out plan and approach and guided me on what might work best to support her. We had done as much preparation as possible, but unfortunately she chose not to go through with the procedure. Very poor communication from Kyrillos (Kyro) in his treatment of my elderly mother. Having said he would call me with details of follow-up care he not only didn’t do so, my 3 calls to the practice went unanswered. She is now receiving much more professional service from another podiatrist in Belconnen.
