I visited the Walking Clinic in Belconnen for my first-ever podiatry appointment and saw Luke Doyle. He was a great bloke—knowledgeable, reassuring, and genuinely caring throughout the whole consult. Everything ran on time, and he made the experience far more comfortable than I expected. Highly recommend.
There was no assertive, accurate, or timely communication, and no real understanding of people’s circumstances. The experience felt purely transactional, with little compassion, empathy, or commitment to patient care. I will not be returning to this clinic or entrusting my child’s health to them. It’s evident they see people as transactions rather than human beings who, despite personal challenges, make great efforts to choose, schedule, and pay fully out of pocket for their services
I have always found Illie Gore at Belconnen very caring & understanding. He doesn’t rush me & im always pleased. With the service I receive. The office staff are excellent too. Peter Desmond
