Avoid avoid avoid!!!! Firstly, I went during the peak of the pandemic and I hate to be that person but the main lobby/waiting room looked like it hadn't been cleaned In a while!!! And secondly, I left being told I had 5 + cavities and they told me I'd need to return for a few more appointments at least. I went to another dentist (thankfully) and low and behold this dentist did not give accurate results as my new dentist could not find one cavity after I told him what I was previously told. I walked into the examine room and walked right out. It was dirty, not sanitary. I did not feel comfortable being examined in this clinic. The dental office needs to be clean for the safety of the patients.

The receptionist was really rude and there is no way to hold her responsible either, she has no experience or responsibility, She doesn't have a good manner, she hangs up even though you haven't finished talking, and won't answer, unless you call from another number, like I did. Changed dates as you like without referring to me. And when you ask her, she tells you that the system has changed it by itself. I came in for a walk-in appointment for a chipped tooth and the wait was significantly shorter than I expected. My tooth is as good as new, thanks to this wonderful team!
