Do not have your student put in an application at this complex they give the students the run around and say they have apartments available when they know they do not. The girls were told verbally they had apartment 3A and now being told they are sold out. On their website they still show apartment 3A and many more available. They are just collecting application fees knowing they do not have apartments to rent. This should not be legal to take advantage of students.
DO NOT LIVE HERE! I have lived here for only three months, and during that time there have been ongoing issues with mold, air conditioning, plumbing, and even management turnover the head of management quit recently. While some front desk staff are polite and helpful, others are extremely rude and unprofessional. Maddie at the front desk was so patient with my questions. Very kind and had great customer service. Wish all apartments had that.
