Do not live in this apartment whatever you do. We have had constant problems of mold and bugs. We are constantly filling out work orders for them to come fix these problems. After a while they started to mark the work orders complete without even coming to check whats happening. Our dishwasher was broken for 3 WHOLE MONTHS. We were constantly asking them to fix it and they stalled for WEEKS ON END. They kept saying "we need to order a new part." 3 months later they "still needed to order a part." Unacceptable. Do not have your student put in an application at this complex they give the students the run around and say they have apartments available when they know they do not. The girls were told verbally they had apartment 3A and now being told they are sold out. On their website they still show apartment 3A and many more available. They are just collecting application fees knowing they do not have apartments to rent. This should not be legal to take advantage of students.
DO NOT LIVE HERE! I have lived here for only three months, and during that time there have been ongoing issues with mold, air conditioning, plumbing, and even management turnover the head of management quit recently. While some front desk staff are polite and helpful, others are extremely rude and unprofessional.
