Yeah I wouldn’t recommend anyone placing a student here for housing due to the fact of how they run their business you don’t get 90k worth of work done to apartment units and then just bail on the bill. If this is how they handle such a big matter how are they going to handle any other issues that may arise with your daughter or son living in this complex. It will get swept under the rug and forgotten about just like they conveniently forget about owning 90,000 dollars for work that had been done correctly.
The outdoor tv near the pool hasn't worked in over a year, both gas grills are broken, the exit gate of the parking garage is open 24/7 and the entry gate breaks every other month and there seems to always be a problem with AC units. When you tell people that work there that something is broken it’s always, “we’re working on it” but it never gets fixed. Maintenance is rude and gets mad at you when something breaks even if it’s not your fault.
