We have bought and sold a condo in Marco Island with Christine and the Waldren Team. During both transactions, they were very professional and kept us informed along the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to either buy or sell property.
Christine, Farrah, and Michael were a pleasure to work with. We appreciated their authenticity, patience, insights, expertise and guidance throughout the process and even the “living in Marco” help afterwards. When we arrived at our new property on my birthday, they were so thoughtful to have waiting for me a sweet card, gift, birthday cake and candles that would not extinguish and thankfully did not trigger smoke alarm. We worked with Christine and her team to find a condo in a short amount of time. We flew down from New England and they had every showing mapped out and ready for us to tour while paying attention to what we wanted. Once we made an offer they made the process very easy for us to complete the transaction from our home back in NE. Being that Christine and her team have been local residents for decades their knowledge was very helpful. We would highly recommend the Waldren team.
