We loved our stay here. The location and the service were top notch. The rooms were great as well. Viking appliances and great storage space. My only complaint is that the mattress and duvets trapped so much heat. It was hard to cool down and stop sweating to fall asleep. Granted, I am hot natured and sleep with the AC on 67 with an 8 Sleep cooling mattress cover set to -10 at home. However, we had the AC on 63 at night and it still took over an hour to fall asleep, even when shedding the duvet and just covering up with a sh... read more

We have stayed at this property 12 times as we’re local to the area and it can make for a great staycation. We’ve stayed sometimes for as little as 2 nights and as long as a week. The service here each time we return keeps getting better. This past stay it seemed like the WA had stepped up their game significantly, having a file on my and my husband’s preferences. Everyone referred to us by name and were so friendly. Dallin Calvert in particular is the shining gem of this place. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and just seems ... read more

Had a wonderful summer weekend stay here. Dallin, Andra, and the concierge team were incredible, suggesting hikes, booking dinners, and even going the extra mile to ensure our anniversary was celebrated everywhere we went. Also, while just a few minutes outside of Park City, the shuttle service here is top notch where we were able to easily hop around the greater Park City area at our convenience.

My boyfriend and I stayed here one night for a staycation to celebrate our anniversary. TL; DR: would stay here again if the price was right, but would ask for a room on the third floor and not near any major foot-traffic areas. Also, I probably wouldn’t eat onsite except maybe for breakfast. Pros: -Staff were all friendly and attentive -Property was beautiful and generally well-maintained -Room was very comfortable (except for sleeping which I’ll detail in “cons”); we were upgraded to a king suite due to credit card benefit... read more

My stay at the Waldorf Astoria Park City was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the concierge team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. A special thank you to Mr. Dallin, whose attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference during my stay, he truly exemplifies world-class service. The valet crew was equally outstanding, quick, courteous, and always with a warm smile, making arrivals and departures seamless and stress-free. My room was elegant, comfortable, and every n... read more
