This is a very well-managed property. The Hilton Diamond recognition was excellent. Most impressively, every single employee encountered was friendly and welcoming. Again, it goes back to management. Thumbs up.
This resort was absolutely breath taking! These were like mini apartments! I definitely want to go back and see this place in the snow. The lobby is magical. It’s so spectacular. I really loved this. Great stay at the Waldorf. Dallin who is the concierge at the property is outstanding. He made sure our stay was absolutely perfect. A+ customer service amenities and location. Would definitely stay here again. Darwin who provides transportation to and from the property was great too.
The experience at the Waldorf Astoria Park City was top-notch. From Itzel at the front desk remembering our names after check-in to the attentive staff at every turn, the hotel lived up to the expectations I would have of the level of customer service at a Waldorf Astoria property.
