We have been coming to Tennessee for about 25 years. This hotel is one of the cleanest places in Pigeon Forge and the staff is very professional and nice, great value! Hats off to Vincent Brozzetti, he is a wonderful operator and manager.
Family of five (two rooms)...we found the rooms to be clean and spacious. Full breakfast bar with waffle maker and 24 hour coffee maker. Love the outdoor space with firepits and rockers. Indoor heated pool was a plus! The staff is the most kind, professional team that I have encountered in years! Friendly from the time we arrived till the time we left. Everything was very very clean and everyone was friendly. Breakfast was a normal eggs sausage ham gravy etc. Hot tubs and pool was very clean and the fire pit was great. Lots of places to sit outside or inside Close to Hatfield and McCoy along with the comedy barn. Kroger was just next door to us with Walmart not too far away. This is our second time staying here and we will stay again. I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff is. Even the other guest have been awesome.
