We had our honeymoon here and could not have had a better stay. The staff are friendly and communicative. The room itself was clean and well maintained. The view was absolutely incredible. Would absolutely recommend.
Absolutely my go to hotel from now on in Pigeon Forge! SHANEKA was fantastic at the front desk for check in. She was able to accommodate what I wanted. She is very friendly and professional, I would give her a raise if I was over that hotel since it's hard to find people as professional and nice as her! Rooms were amazing, the outdoor hot tub rocked. We didn't do the inside pool & hot tub bc they were almost full. Small pool outside with a slide is perfect for kids. All the staff from the day we arrived was very hospitable and friendly and courteous. The room and bathroom were immaculate.The breakfast was great with plenty of choices we didn't expect that. Pools and jacuzzi were great always plenty of parking. This will be my family's go to Hotel from now on the prices were very good for a great place like this. Thanks Wyndam for having a nice clean place to rest while we are away from home. Thanks to all the crew at The Walden in Pigeon Forge Tennessee.
Rooms had comfortable beds and pillows, a study table with a chair, steam iron, ironing table, a mini fridge, and a microwave. All rooms also have a balcony with two chairs. The bathroom was clean with mini disposable soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion. A hair dryer was also available.
