Niki W. Is horrible and rude. She doesn’t know how to calculate a pro-rated rent, didn’t send me HOA docs and then charged me $1800 when I backed out as I could tell she was very unreasonable for having a rental property off market for four days (when she supposedly had 15 people originally competing for it against me two days earlier!) She is angry, very unreasonable and I would NEVER recommend her property mgt services to anyone. I hired Nicola Willhoit of The W Collection as my broker. My experience was extremely negative. I ended up filing a lawsuit against her and W Collection due to what I personally viewed as multiple ethical and professional violations. In my opinion, her communication, knowledge, and handling of the matter were far below what I expected from a licensed broker. I personally would caution others and encourage them to do their homework before working with her.
Nicola helped in assisting my renter in finding a perfect house in Laguna Beach. Nicola is local agent and owner/broker and is extremely professional and knowledgable. I look forward to closing another property with her and her staff in the near future.
Still getting Emails that I have unpaid charges due from my rental 1 year ago.
Looking forward to my next visit. We really enjoyed it. The servers and servers assistants Were wonderful. Our server, Bruno was great. The menu is amazing. Food absolutely delicious.
