Niki and her team are awesome! Reliable, easy to work with, knowledgable, and so helpful. Highly recommend!
Niki W. Is horrible and rude. She is angry, very unreasonable and I would NEVER recommend her property mgt services to anyone. I hired Nicola Willhoit of The W Collection as my broker. My experience was extremely negative. I ended up filing a lawsuit against her and W Collection due to what I personally viewed as multiple ethical and professional violations. In my opinion, her communication, knowledge, and handling of the matter were far below what I expected from a licensed broker. I personally would caution others and encourage them to do their homework before working with her.
Nicola helped in assisting my renter in finding a perfect house in Laguna Beach. Nicola is local agent and owner/broker and is extremely professional and knowledgable. I look forward to closing another property with her and her staff in the near future.
Still getting Emails that I have unpaid charges due from my rental 1 year ago.
