I booked the Hydrafacial at W Beauty Bar and this was my first ever facial. Helen was phenomenal. She ensured to ask questions about my skin and recommended the deluxe hydrafacial. I had an amazing experience and I left glowing! My skin feels so much better & The team is very welcoming! I will definitely return for another facial soon!
I’ve been coming to this salon for a while now to get my brows done with Nina, and she is absolutely amazing! Even though I see Nina for my brows, the entire team is always so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind every time I walk through the door. Nina was absolutely exceptional throughout the entire course and every step of the process. Her support, expertise, and genuine enthusiasm made a real difference in my learning experience. She was always approachable, quick to offer guidance. I truly appreciated her clear communication, encouragement, and dedication it made the journey not only smooth but enjoyable. I have been seeing Helene for my acne and let me tell you she is the best. I have been doing Aerolase and chemical peels with her, and my skin has never looked better.
