Maintenance can make or break an apt complex's reputation. I give the on-site maintenance service here an A+. Responsive, caring and on-top of any request I've had to date. The standout service is when my AC went down after business hours on an extremely hot day. John came to my apt within 30 min and it was working again within an hour. I can't say enough positive things about his dedication to this property and am grateful we have him.
I had the pleasure of working at this property as a vendor for an event they were having for their residents. Even though I am not a resident, I have to say I was quite pleased with the staff, facilities as well as the residents on how professional and nice everyone was. All the residents seemed to enjoy living there and everyone loved the staff.
