I lived here for 5 years, It was a great place for the first 2, then slowly fell apart. Now its full of people who throw trash wherever they want, don't pick up after their dogs and let unsupervised kids ruin the pool. To my knowledge, the current manager has never done anything about those problems They are also VERY untransparent about all the random and seemingly duplicate charges on your account every month.
