Literally the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The staff seemed nice upon first meeting them and they will take you on a tour of the building, showing you the nicest parts of it, but really it's a dump with next to no security. I have had my car broken into in the parking lot, and I filed a police report and they literally didn't care at all. They very genuinely said "Oh well. Make sure you don't keep anything in there.". I put in a emergency maintenance request on Monday. Called the office on Tuesday and was told that the ticket was closed out. The Lady I spoke to told me she would call maintenance for me. Maintenance never showed up. On Wednesday my A/C unit was still leaking from the ceiling so I called the office again. Maintenance finally showed up and stop the leaking from the ceiling but did not stop the water from draining into the bathtub. I was further told that this is normal . Whatever you do, do NOT live here. There are multiple car break ins in the parking garage just about every night. The security guards do nothing. There is always trash/dog poop in the hallways. They won’t install cameras. The property manager won’t return my calls or emails. Save your money !!!!
DO NOT LIVE HERE! They have car break ins and the office do not care. They just want their $40 for parking in a garage that anyone can access, no cameras that actually work and a guard that does nothing but be on his phone in his car.
Great staff-super cool & helpful! Had problems in the past, but what property is perfect? New manager is working hard to turn things around & it shows! Great things implemented like valet trash services, they're installing over 100 more cameras, & much more.
