I think the new owner has done his absolute best with what he has. The apartment I leased was very clean, flooring and fixtures updated, and I love the deck where I can sit with my flowers and plants and watch the sunrise. Chris has done a lot to this property to make it the peaceful sanctuary it has become. I was shown my apartment when I was interested. It still had tons of work to do, the prior tenant still had belongings in the apartment. The assistant manager Tyler walked me through the apartment telling me everything that would be done prior to me moving in. Long story short, move in day- NOTHING he said was done other than the carpet was replaced in the bedrooms. The apartment was absolutely filthy.
