We built our "forever home" in the Vue and had a fantastic experience with the entire process! Dawnn in the sales office was absolutely wonderful to work with - she even gave us a personalized entry way floor mat when we closed on our home as a congratulations gift! Billy Johnston was our construction manager and was incredible at every step - he was always available, always helpful, and continued to help us tweak the house set-up and finishing corrections after the home build was complete. Extremely disappointed with Maronda Homes’ build quality, especially for two-story homes. Save your money — let this builder hate you for free instead of getting trapped in warranty hell!!!! We purchased a new two-story Maronda home expecting solid construction, but have nothing but REGRETS. The build quality is far below standard for what’s marketed as a “new” home. Within a short time, we began noticing major issues — most concerningly, mold growth that appeared behind multiple walls and near HVAC areas due to poor ventila... read more
