Been waiting for over 6 months for resolutions to basic issues. Been waiting for over 6 months for resolutions to major issues - like the neighborhood wide lack of ventilation within the voids and attic spaces leading to mold in many of the houses. Something as simple as our shutters, which are supposed to match the color of the garage door, do not match and need replacing. The Vue is an incredibly lovely community in Satellite Beach. The setting is impeccably serene and private. Its proximity to the beach is definitely a plus. Grace is gracious and knowledgeable. She is attentive and sensitive to customers. I highly recommend working with her.
