Dawn Hernandez has been such a pleasure to work with. Such a delight

I was wondering about the glowing reviews here- but note that those are "recent joined/low numbers of reviews" shills. please keep posting and another thing - sue them- class action. See youtube videos of good inspectors for such cases. Dr horton is another such useless builder. Added- I love the canned responses from their scripts/AI/corporate.... so out of touch.

Buying one of these homes USED is a smart choice, as the previous homeowner has already navigated the warranty process. The location, neighborhood, and community are all excellent. As with ALL of our neighbors, our experience with Maronda has been a rough. Great beachside community with great neighbors. Nice community pool and now the landscaping is done and growing, it will be a wonderful place. Houses are very spacious and modern.
