My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Dawnn Hernandez while building our home. She was wonderful through the whole process. Whenever I had question she was ready to answer it day or night. She was a joy to work with!
Dawnn is an incredible sales rep. She is always quick to respond to emails with answers to any and all questions. She walked us through the entire home buying process and was even helpful afterwards with recommendations for local companies for fence installs and custom cabinets. She really went above and beyond to make our home buying process smooth and enjoyable.
My experience with Maronda has been fantastic. The homes are absolutely beautiful, and the quality of the finished work is the best I've seen in new construction in general. The Vue is even a step up from what I'm used to from Maronda, it's luxury by the beach! I love the Key West look. One thing that stood out to me was the 8ft doors and tall ceilings. What an amazing beachside community with a gorgeous resort style community pool . The variety of designer floorplans offer something for any family whether growing or downsizing. From the the metal roofs to the brick paver driveway all the special upgrades are included. A short walk or bike ride to the beach has toes in the sand in minutes! What a wonderful community asset for Spacecoast residents!
Absolutely beautiful community right by the beach!! Dawnn is great! Out of my price range, but would highly recommend taking a look!
