I don't understand what the recent 1 star reviews are about? This is by far, the nicest Complex of Luxury Units I have ever stayed in. I side with management, I don't experience what the other reviewers have experienced. Maybe an outlier situation?. I dont know who hires these people but maintenence seems good the residents has leave there home dont follow the rules acr like they are not starting problems there's a kondo complex right next to it never heard of that talked to the authorities they wine and complain about a parking spot they stair at me when I go walking they are making loud noises I obviously saw a drug deal the other day they park in handicap spots without handi cap stickers on the car I know a lot of the residents dont work ill call the authorities if t... read more
I would not recommend staying at The Vue, primarily due to issues under new management. The environment here feels the opposite of hospitable, even though hospitality should be the standard in this industry. Common areas and amenities are overly policed rather than enjoyed. For example, another tenant’s grandson and his friend were harassed and questioned by management simply for being in the pool area. From the moment I walked in, I knew this was the place for me! It was my first tour—and ended up being my last. Cheyenne was amazing from start to finish. Despite the extreme heat, she took her time showing me all the available units and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. What impressed me most was how quickly she got back to me with an approval—fast, efficient, and professional. Cheyenne, I truly appreciate your attentiveness and care during my visit.
