Management allows an unlicensed and uninsured mechanic business in the parking lot. Lovely having a mechanic working right outside your window. He has lots of cars using up tenants parking. Seeing reviews here show I'm not the only one who noticed this issue. We can't have peace with all the noise going on and he only stopped playing his loud music when a group of us went outside to tell him about a MONTH AGO. I wonder if the property owners offer workers comp if this mechanic gets hurt running his business on their property... read more
They do mechanics in the parking lot. They make a lot of noise every day, and there's no parking because the car mechanics have it all filled with cars.
Maintenance/staff can’t be bothered to respond to anything, and treat tenants like trash.
I would give zero stars if I could. Do NOT live here. The only reason my fiance and I stayed for a year and a half was because of how cheap it was, and it was cheap for a reason. The front door to the building, which was the only form of security, was CONSTANTLY broken. The elevator worked MAYBE 50% of the time. The inside of the elevator was always graffiti covered. I got stuck inside the elevator probably 10 times. The emergency button doesn't call out and there is always a busy signal. There was trash inside the building ... read more
I live across the street. Several times a month, for over a year, an alarm goes off. It sounds like the prison alarm that would be portrayed on television when someone is trying to escape. Please fix the alarm. This place is a public nuisance. Periodically, through out the year some tenants launch bottle rockets and fireworks between midnight and 3 a.m. from their balcony, sometimes it’s every night. It’s really amazing when the fireworks are so loud they set off a bunch of car alarms. Please don’t allow your tenants to keep... read more
