I am incredibly disappointed with this apartment complex. I moved in last September and was excited to live here. The management was very friendly and happy to sign my girlfriend and I up for our apartment and the price sounded right, so I thought. During the move in process I believed that everything transferred smoothly for internet and utilities but wow was I wrong. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! This place is so awful me and my partner have been living here for about four months now and we have been so miserably. The management is horrible and no help at all. They have been adding random fees that will make are rent go up a couple hundred dollars for only a one bedroom apartmen....this place is NOT luxury AT ALL for it to go up so much. MANAGEMENT HAS A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE PROBLEM when you try to ask about the situation and they will literally give us no answers about the situation.
Yinerva was very polite and professional (: I had scheduled a viewing not realizing they may be closed for the holiday and she took the time to show me around even in this freezing weather.
