If you work a night shift I don’t recommend these apartments, after 7pm you will no find parking anywhere close to your apartment I usually have to walk 5-10 minutes just to get home.
How does it feel to rip off tennents by raising rent year after year? How does it feel to have cheap appliances that don’t don’t work installed? How does it feel to install a community fee just rip off tennants even more?
Hazel was our tour guide and she was very polite, well customer oriented, and informative about this property complex. It very well kept and welcoming. We had a great experience with the entire tour. Thank you for showing us around the property and the amenities of the property. Thank you .
We thought Lumen Heights was nice but we didn’t like the idea of the fluctuations in rent I have tried to email you and have no response
If you love having to paying more for your apartment then what it’s worth, hidden fees, dirty pool, small parking spaces, awful management, a broken AC that takes months to fix over the summer, having maintenance “fix” mold issues with a fan and some spray paint this is the place for you!
