Terrible management, poor security and constant water issues. Rent is exorbitant
After numerous calls regarding my apartment readiness for my move in, the floors were filthy and scratched up, the bathroom fixtures needed to be replaced, the apartment was not cleaned. I moved there because it was advertised as a smoke free building, however there was cigarette and MARIJUANA smoke throughout the building daily. They are suing me because I moved out.
