These were the worst apartments I have ever lived in. The property was unsafe, poorly managed, and management repeatedly failed to address serious concerns. Within my first week, both my boyfriend’s and my license plates were stolen and my vehicle window was smashed. I reported it to the office. Neighborhood aside, the complex is one of the better ones to live in. Enforced parking, maintenance and management are quick and responsive, unit is updated and they offer annual carpet cleanings if re-leasing, they have a variety of leasing options and good upkeep of the grounds in general making it look and feel comfortable.
There are rats and roaches.The smoke alarms go off easily. When I first moved in the drawers were broken and the door had dense in it. Two weeks later I was going out with my grandma and the door broke off easily we didn't even touch it. dog poop everywhere outside homeless people digging in the dumpster and walking around when kids are outside
NOT SAFE!!! CARS STOLEN OR BROKEN INTO! It's like STOCKTON, and the $200 for the amenities.
