Living at Vivien Apartments is incredible—you truly feel like you’re living in a five-star hotel. The amenities are spectacular, but what really sets this place apart is the exceptional customer service. You can genuinely feel the hospitality from everyone, from Nicole and Mike to the entire maintenance team, special Fernando the maintenance manager, he rocks! They all make you feel welcome and are always available to help make your day easier. I’m truly happy to call Vivien my home.
I just moved into The Vivien, and I absolutely love it here! The community is beautiful, the amenities are amazing, and everything feels so thoughtfully designed. The staff has been incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process, making my move-in smooth and stress-free. I’m so happy I chose to call The Vivien home and can’t wait to enjoy everything this community has to offer. Highly recommend!
As someone who has lived in this area for many years, I can honestly say The Vivien stands out above every other apartment community. This is true resort-style living. The property is beautifully maintained, the amenities are incredible, and the staff genuinely care about the residents and it shows in everything they do. I’m so happy to call The Vivien home and would recommend it to anyone looking for luxury living in Vero Beach.
I noticed a couple of negative reviews appeared almost back-to-back in the past 24 hours.. very suspicious. I can’t speak to who wrote them, butthey seem to be fake and they don’t reflect my experience at all. The Vivien is a gorgeous community with a professional, caring staff. If you’re considering living here, I recommend taking a tour and seeing it for yourself.
