The worst and discriminatory. Incompetent staff and won’t fit glasses. Save your money and go somewhere else. They will do anything to get you to buy their own frames including refuse to fit glasses after you just get lenses and then say they are broke so buy ours. Lies and dishonest business practice.
The worst experience that I ever had. The VA assigned me to Visual Connection because staff was short at the VA. I got the referral from the VA and called these people to set up an appointment. The person on the phone set me up with an appointment, and mailed me paperwork to fill out. A week before my appointment, I asked to see if I could swing by to find the location and turn in the paperwork. I was told that was ok. The office was closed between 1200-1330. Terrible customer service, poor selection, all they want is ($$$). I work FT 8-5 so decided to call and make the last appointment available they had which was 4PM. Arrived a few minutes before, got all checked in and got my exams for glasses (frame) and also contact (they charge extra for it, some clinics don't which is fine) so it took about 35-45 min to complete everything as the Optometrist kept going in/out of the room.
