Management was unresponsive most of time. I would go down into the office or call and no one was ever there during listed office hours. Maintenance was the best part of my experience, very fast and friendly. This place is way too expensive for the "College like"environment. Lots of loud parties during the work week and our hallways smelled like weed. Not a family friendly apartment or a place for someone that works 40+.

This apartment has been an excellent place to live. My experience so far has been very positive—the unit is quiet, spacious, and conveniently accessible, especially regarding parking. I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to the leasing agent, Ashlynn, for her consistent professionalism and support from the initial tour through my time here. Her friendliness and responsiveness have greatly contributed to a smooth and welcoming transition.
This place is awful. Management is terrible. They are built so bad, you can hear everything. My floor smelt like weed smoke all the time, one grill worked sometimes and it took them over 2 months to fix a door on the second floor. Would never ever live here again.
